Use Cases for ATML Pad
ATML Pad operates as an editor, a validator, and a data converter for the standard
ATML UUT Description and ATML Test Description formats,
supporting the following use cases:
- Create the UUT and Test Descriptions through test engineering analysis, from UUT data
- Import UUT, test, and diagnostic data
- Validate the UUT and Test Descriptions
- Generate test program (automatic code generation, resource allocation, switch path calculation, …)
- Generate test program documentation
- Input to test data analysis (ex. for test and diagnostic improvements)
